Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: October 27, 2025

1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by AI Marketing with Kourtney (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to any client or customer (“Client,” “you,” or “your”). By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

Our services are built on GoHighLevel’s software platform and include marketing automation, CRM integration, social media, and engagement tools. You acknowledge that GoHighLevel is a separate entity with its own service terms, pricing, and policies.

2. Services

We offer the following service packages:

Starter Automation Package
Google Listing Management, 4 Monthly Google Posts, Review Requests, Reporting, CRM Access.

Growth Engagement Package
Includes all Starter services plus Email Revival Campaign, 30-Day Automation Sequence, Conversational Chatbot, Contact Dashboard.

Elite Growth System
Includes all Growth services plus 30 Days of Social Media Content, Website + Scheduler Integration, Lead Tracking, CRM Automation, Dedicated Account Manager.

Text Back Service for missed calls (optional add-on).

All services include initial setup fees and recurring monthly subscriptions.

3. Payment Terms

Payments are processed through PayPal or Stripe. Setup fees are non-refundable and due before the service setup begins. Monthly fees are billed on a recurring basis until canceled in accordance with Section 5.

Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

4. Founder Client Program

We offer up to two “Founder Client” slots. Founder Clients receive a lifetime 25% discount on all services and future add-ons.
If a Founder Client terminates their services and later returns, Founder Client terms no longer apply.

5. Cancellations and Contracts

Clients may cancel services by providing at least 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing date.

Some clients may enter 6-month or 12-month contract terms that include special pricing or added features. Early termination of a contract may result in fees or forfeiture of discounts.

6. No Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable, including setup and subscription fees.
Marketing and automation services involve setup, integration, and time-based deliverables that are considered complete once initiated.

7. GoHighLevel Integration and Affiliate Disclosure

Our services use GoHighLevel’s software for automation, CRM, and related functions.
GoHighLevel may charge additional fees directly to the client based on the features or plan selected. These charges are outside of our control.

AI Marketing with Kourtney is an affiliate of GoHighLevel and may receive a commission if you sign up for GoHighLevel services through our referral links or integrations.

8. Support

We provide client support via email, chat, or scheduled meetings during regular business hours.
GoHighLevel provides 24/7 platform support for all software-related issues.

9. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and timely information necessary for your project.

Use our services for lawful business purposes only.

Maintain your payment method and billing information up to date.

10. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, processes, and tools developed by AI Marketing with Kourtney remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients retain ownership of their own brand assets, customer data, and marketing content.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability is limited to the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
For clients in Canada, services are provided under U.S. jurisdiction.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
